Installation and Use Precautions
- Use within the specified temperature range.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures, which can degrade product characteristics and material quality.
- Do not melt solder in the resin head during installation to prevent wire breakage, short circuits, or insulation damage.
- Do not touch the resin head directly with a soldering iron.
- When separating parallel wires, maintain a distance of at least 10mm from the resin head.
- Cutting wires less than 10mm from the resin head can transfer heat from the solder to the resin head.
- When bending wires, use a radius greater than 1mm. Secure the component lead wire when bending or cutting.
- Avoid applying excessive force to the lead wires to prevent breakage or cracking at the junction.
- The ceramic element is fragile; handle with care to avoid excessive pressure or impact, which can cause cracking or chipping.
- If molding the product with resin, evaluate its quality before use.
