SMD TYPE INFRARED RECEIVER MODULE GRM-5048D8C4-AT2
The GRM-5048D8C4-AT2 is an SMD Type infrared receiver module designed for remote control applications and other scenarios requiring enhanced ambient light rejection. It integrates a PIN diode and a preamplifier IC on a single leadframe, encased in an epoxy package with a special IR filter. This module offers excellent performance in disturbed ambient light conditions and provides protection against uncontrolled output pulses. Key features include a photo detector and preamplifier in one package, an internal filter for PCM frequency, high immunity to ambient light, improved shielding against electric field disturbances, low power consumption with a 3.0-Volt supply voltage, and TTL/CMOS compatibility. It is suitable for use in TVs, VTRs, audio equipment, air conditioners, car stereo radios, toys, home computers, and other remote-controlled devices.
