Product Overview
These miniaturized IR receiver modules are designed for remote control systems. They integrate a PIN diode and preamplifier on a lead frame, with an IR filter within the epoxy package. The demodulated output signal is directly compatible with microprocessors for decoding. The TSOP383.. series is optimized for suppressing spurious pulses from energy-saving lamps like CFLs, while the TSOP381.. series offers compatibility with older AGC1 designs. The TSOP385.. series provides robust AGC5 for critically noisy environments. These components are not qualified for automotive specifications.
