Product Overview

These Vishay Semiconductors TSDP341.. and TSDP343.. are miniaturized IR receiver modules designed for low-speed data transmission. They integrate a PIN diode and a preamplifier in a single package with an internal IR filter. These modules offer very low supply current, continuous data rates up to 7777 bps, and a range of up to 32 meters. Their internal filter is tuned for 38.4 kHz (4800 bps) or 57.6 kHz (9600 bps), providing immunity to ambient light and supply voltage noise. The demodulated output can be directly connected to a UART or microprocessor, making them suitable for various data transmission applications.
