Product Overview
The XL591 is a linear Hall effect sensor optimized for wide voltage and temperature ranges. Its output voltage is proportional to the supply voltage and the magnetic field strength it senses. The device features a quiescent output voltage (no magnetic field) at half the supply voltage, a typical operating voltage of 5.0V, and an absolute maximum voltage rating of 50V. With a typical sensitivity of 2.4mV/Gs and an operating temperature range of -40 to 125, it is widely used in consumer and industrial control applications. The XL591 integrates high-precision current source, temperature compensation, Hall array, amplifier, and driver modules, ensuring high linearity and strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities across its operating temperature range.
