Product Overview
The TSOP36... series are miniaturized SMD IR receiver modules designed for infrared remote control systems. These modules integrate a PIN diode and a preamplifier in a single package, featuring an internal IR filter. They are suitable for direct connection to microprocessors for decoding. The TSOP364.. series is optimized to suppress spurious pulses from energy-saving lamps like CFLs, while the TSOP362.. series offers compatibility with older AGC2 designs. These components are not qualified for automotive specifications.
