Product Overview
The Y3144E is a high-temperature, monopolar Hall-effect integrated sensor designed for magnetic sensing applications. It features an internal voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier, temperature compensation, Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output stage. This sensor operates with a single magnetic pole and is suitable for use with rectangular or cylindrical magnets. It offers a wide operating temperature range (-40 to 150), a broad power supply voltage range (3.8V to 30V), and a load current capability of 20mA, all within a compact SOT23-3L package.
