The GRM-5048A4A3-AT2 is an SMD Type infrared receiver designed for remote control applications and other scenarios requiring enhanced ambient light rejection. It integrates a PIN diode and a preamplifier IC on a single leadframe, encapsulated in an epoxy package with a special IR filter. This module offers excellent performance even in environments with disturbed ambient light and provides protection against uncontrolled output pulses.
