Product Overview

These Vishay Semiconductors TSOP382.. and TSOP384.. are miniaturized IR receiver modules designed for infrared remote control systems. They integrate a PIN diode and a preamplifier in a single package with an internal IR filter. The demodulated output signal is directly compatible with microprocessors. The TSOP384.. series is optimized to suppress spurious pulses from energy-saving lamps like CFLs using AGC4, while the TSOP382.. series offers compatibility with older AGC2 designs. These components are not qualified for automotive specifications.
