These Vishay Semiconductors TSOP321.., TSOP323.., TSOP325.., TSOP341.., TSOP343.., TSOP345.. are miniaturized IR receiver modules designed for remote control systems. They integrate a PIN diode and preamplifier in a single package with an internal IR filter. Optimized for various AGC levels, these modules offer very low supply current, improved shielding against EMI, and immunity to supply voltage ripple and noise. They are suitable for decoding demodulated output signals directly with a microprocessor and are designed to suppress spurious pulses from energy-saving lamps.
