Product Description

The IIM-20670 is a SmartIndustrial 6-axis MotionTracking device featuring a 3-axis gyroscope and a 3-axis accelerometer in a compact 4.5x4.5x1.1 mm3 (24-pin DQFN) package. Leveraging InvenSense's patented CMOS-MEMS fabrication platform, it offers a fully integrated, high-performance component for industrial applications. The device includes six independent mechanical structures, programmable full-scale ranges for both gyroscope (41 dps to 1966 dps) and accelerometer (2g to 65g), two temperature sensors, a 10 MHz Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), and a 10,000 g shock-tolerant structure. It boasts low offset and sensitivity variation over temperature, on-chip 16-bit ADCs, programmable digital filters, and an embedded temperature sensor. The IIM-20670 operates from 3.0V to 5.5V with a current consumption below 10 mA. It is designed for applications such as navigation, platform stabilization, asset tracking, robotics, industrial automation, smart transportation, and agriculture and construction machinery.
