Product Overview
The TSSP770.. series are compact infrared detector modules designed for presence, light barrier, and fast proximity sensing applications. Utilizing modulated infrared light at 940 nm, these modules offer an active low output in response to specific burst frequencies. They feature an integrated PIN diode and sensor IC, low supply current, and are shielded against EMI. Visible light is suppressed by an IR filter, and they are insensitive to supply voltage ripple and noise. Suitable for applications ranging from hand dryers and dispensers to vending machines, security systems, and robotics, they provide sensing up to 2 meters.
