The TSMP95000 is a miniaturized IR sensor module designed for remote control systems. Featuring two PIN diodes and a preamplifier in a single package with an integrated IR filter, it effectively receives various modulated IR signals. Its modulated output signal, known as carrier out, is suitable for code learning applications. This component is not qualified for automotive specifications.
