Product Overview

The TSSP930.. is a compact infrared detector module designed for presence, proximity, and light curtain applications. It provides an active low output in response to infrared bursts at 940 nm, utilizing continuous AC signals or burst patterns. This module offers a detection range of up to 2 meters for presence and proximity sensing, and up to 20 meters for light curtain applications. Key features include a small sensitivity scattering range, integrated PIN diode and sensor IC, low supply current, EMI shielding, and suppression of visible light. It is insensitive to supply voltage ripple and noise.
