Product Overview
The ICU-10201 is a high-performance, miniature, ultra-low power, long-range ultrasonic Time-of-Flight (ToF) transceiver. It integrates a 175 kHz PMUT with a 2nd generation ultra-low power SoC in a reflowable package. Designed for low system power and ease of use with external host processors, it offers accurate range measurements up to 1.2 m, independent of lighting conditions, target color, and optical transparency. The sensor's Field-Of-View (FOV) can be customized, and it supports simultaneous range measurements to multiple objects.
