PTF Temperature Elements
The PTF family of Platinum Thin Film (PTF) Temperature Elements are resistance temperature detectors (RTD) utilizing advanced thin film technology. They feature a structured platinum film on a ceramic substrate, protected by a glass coating and glass-covered connection wires. Compliant with DIN EN 60751, these RTDs offer excellent long-term stability due to their platinum construction. Their small size and low mass result in a fast response time and low time constant, making them ideal for precise feedback control systems in various industries including white goods, industrial applications, automotive, and medical sectors.
