PT8420 Cable Actuated Sensor
The PT8420 is an industrial cable actuated sensor designed for precise linear position measurement up to 60 inches (1524 mm). Ideal for monitoring hydraulic cylinder stroke and other applications requiring position data acquisition in harsh environments, it features a 4-20 mA feedback signal proportional to the linear movement of a stainless-steel extension cable. The sensor offers options for aluminum or stainless steel enclosures and a VLS (Velocity Limiting System) to prevent free-release damage.
