TE Connectivity 830M1 Triaxial Condition Monitoring Accelerometer
The TE Connectivity 830M1 is a low-cost, triaxial piezoelectric accelerometer designed for embedded condition monitoring and preventive maintenance applications. It features a hermetically sealed LCC package, piezo-ceramic crystals in shear mode, and low-power electronics. The accelerometer offers a wide dynamic range from 25g to 2000g with a flat frequency response up to 15kHz across all three axes. An integrated RTD temperature sensor provides simultaneous vibration and temperature measurement. Its superior resolution, dynamic range, and bandwidth compared to MEMS devices make it ideal for machine health monitoring, predictive maintenance, embedded vibration monitoring, impact and shock monitoring, data loggers, bearing installations, and security monitoring.
