Product Description

The ICG-1020S is a miniature dual-axis MEMS angular rate sensor specifically designed for optical image stabilization (OIS) in smartphone camera modules and other mobile devices. It offers backward compatibility with up to 32 kHz ODR, extremely low RMS noise and noise density, and high resolution. Key advantages include programmable full-scale ranges, a fast 32 KHz sample rate, low phase delay with a 20 MHz SPI interface, very low rate noise at 4 mdps/Hz, and exceptionally low power consumption at 2.5 mA. Its precise sensitivity control enables a calibration-less strategy, reducing production costs and time by eliminating the need for shake tables. It is ideal for high-resolution and low-noise applications in smartphone cameras, digital still cameras, and video cameras.
