Product Overview
The SL0204-9 is a low-power, high-sensitivity omnipolar Hall effect switch designed as a direct replacement for traditional reed switches. It is particularly suited for battery-powered portable electronic devices such as mobile phones, brushless motors, notebook computers, and PDAs. The internal circuitry integrates a Hall element, voltage regulator, signal amplifier, dynamic offset cancellation, and a CMOS output stage. Utilizing advanced Bi-CMOS technology and an optimized circuit structure, it achieves very low input error feedback. Its miniature package design offers high performance and market advantages. Available in a TO-92S package, it operates within a temperature range of -40C to 130C.
