Usage and Storage
Storage Environment
- Store under conditions: Temperature: 10~30C, Relative Humidity: 60% max.
- Use within 6 months of delivery.
- Solder NTC within 168 hours after opening the moisture-proof packaging. After opening, store NTC in the moisture-proof packaging with desiccant and HIC card.
- If storage exceeds 6 months or the HIC card indicator color changes, bake before soldering (60C * 168hr).
- Refer to baking data if product humidity exceeds requirements before reflow soldering.
- Do not store in corrosive substances (sulfur, chlorine gas, acid) to prevent pin oxidation and reduced solderability.
- Store on shelves to avoid moisture and dust.
- Avoid thermal shock, vibration, and direct sunlight in storage.
Usage Precautions
- Operating ambient temperature must be within specified technical limits.
- Install away from heat-generating or flammable components (minimum 3mm spacing recommended).
- Wear gloves when handling pins.
- This specification guarantees individual product quality. Ensure thorough evaluation and confirmation when integrated into customer products.
- Songtian is not liable for failures arising from usage beyond the scope of this specification.
- In case of NTC damage, failure may result in a short circuit. Implement fail-safe functions (e.g., fuses) to prevent fire hazards.
