Product Overview
The Si7021-A20 is a monolithic CMOS IC that integrates humidity and temperature sensor elements, an analog-to-digital converter, signal processing, and calibration data with an I2C interface. It features patented low-K polymeric dielectrics for humidity sensing, ensuring low power consumption, minimal drift and hysteresis, and excellent long-term stability. The sensor is factory-calibrated and fully interchangeable. Available in a 3x3 mm DFN package, it serves as a drop-in upgrade for existing RH/temperature sensors, offering enhanced precision and lower power. An optional factory-installed cover provides protection against liquids and particulates. This device is ideal for measuring humidity, dew-point, and temperature in a wide range of applications.
