The SL1613 is a low-power Hall effect switch sensor designed for space-constrained and battery-sensitive systems. It offers selectable magnetic field thresholds (Bop), switch operating frequencies, and package options to suit various applications. The sensor detects a single S-pole magnetic field, providing a low output when the S-pole magnetic field strength exceeds the operating point (BOP) and a high output when it drops below the release point (BRP). Featuring built-in temperature compensation and clock logic for stable operating points and switching frequencies, the SL1613 operates within a wide voltage range (1.6V to 5.5V) with minimal current consumption. It is available in a standard SOT-23 package.
