Product Overview
The SLSS341R is a high-sensitivity, digital unipolar Hall effect switch designed with bipolar technology. It is south-sensitive and features an integrated Hall element voltage generator, a voltage regulator supporting supply voltages from 3.8 to 40V, reverse voltage protection, temperature compensation, a small-signal amplifier, and a Schmitt trigger with an open-collector output. This sensor is engineered to respond to South poles, activating its low output level when magnetic flux density exceeds the operate point (Bop) and deactivating to a high output level when it drops below the release point (Brp). The SLSS341R is available in RoHS-compliant TO-92 and SOT-23 packages, offering miniature construction, high sensitivity (typically 60/40 Gauss), a wide operating temperature range (-40 C to 125 C), and superior ESD performance up to 4 kV. It is ideal for applications such as BLDC motor commutation, flow sensors, position sensors, speed sensors, and proximity sensors.
