SLAMTEC Mapper M2M1
The SLAMTEC Mapper is a novel laser sensor designed for simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM), offering advanced capabilities beyond traditional LIDAR. It integrates a high-performance SLAM map optimization engine with SharpEdge fine mapping technology to actively detect and correct closed-loops, enabling the creation of high-precision maps up to 100,000 square meters. Its built-in 9-DOF inertial navigation system allows for stable operation in fluctuating environments, ensuring optimal map data quality even in hand-held mapping modes with inclination. SLAMTEC Mapper can function independently without additional sensors or data input and provides comprehensive SDK development kits, mobile and PC-side evaluation tools, and ROS driver support for seamless integration and data acquisition. It can also be utilized as a standard LIDAR sensor, providing quick access to LIDAR data for existing systems.
