Product Overview

The SL171x Series is a low-power Hall effect switch sensor designed for space-constrained and battery-sensitive systems. It offers various magnetic field thresholds, switching frequencies, and package options to suit diverse applications. The sensor detects the South pole of a magnetic field: when the S-pole magnetic flux density exceeds the operating point (BOP), the output goes low; it returns high when the S-pole magnetic flux density drops below the release point (BRP). Featuring built-in temperature compensation and clock logic circuits, it ensures stable operating points and switching frequencies. The sensor operates with minimal current consumption, providing single S-pole magnetic response across a wide supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, and is available in standard SOT-23-3L and TO-92S packages. Its excellent ESD performance and RoHS compliance make it suitable for demanding applications.
