The SLSS360 is a high-voltage Hall-effect bipolar sensor designed for demanding automotive and industrial applications. Utilizing high-voltage bipolar technology, it operates reliably across a wide supply voltage range of 3.8 V to 60 V and an extensive temperature range from -40 C to 150 C. This sensor offers robust performance with overvoltage protection up to 80 V and high ESD immunity up to 4 kV. Its short-circuit protected open-drain output and compact package options (SMD SOT23 and leaded TO92S) make it an ideal choice for extreme environments. The sensor is suitable for applications such as brushless DC motor commutation, speed measurement, revolution counting, angular position detection, and proximity detection.
