Product Overview

The 44E is a high-voltage, high-sensitivity unipolar Hall effect switch designed with bipolar semiconductor technology. It features a voltage regulator for operation between 3.8V and 40V, temperature compensation, a small signal amplifier, a Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output. This sensor is optimized for south pole response, where the output latches low when the magnetic flux density exceeds the operate point (Bop) and switches high when the flux density drops below the release point (Brp). Available in TO92S and SOT23-3L packages, both RoHS compliant, the 44E is suitable for applications such as brushless motor commutation, flow sensors, position sensors, speed sensors, and distance sensors.
