Product Overview
The Si7020-A20 is an I2C Humidity and Temperature Sensor from Silicon Laboratories. This monolithic CMOS IC integrates humidity and temperature sensor elements, an analog-to-digital converter, signal processing, and calibration data. It offers precision sensing with low drift, hysteresis, and excellent long-term stability, thanks to its patented use of low-K polymeric dielectrics. The sensor is factory-calibrated and fully interchangeable. Available in a 3x3 mm DFN package, it serves as a drop-in upgrade for existing sensors, providing higher precision and lower power consumption. An optional factory-installed cover protects the sensor from liquids and particulates. It is ideal for applications requiring accurate humidity, dew-point, and temperature measurements, including HVAC/R, thermostats, respiratory therapy, white goods, and asset tracking.
