Product Overview

The SL130x Series is a high-performance, low-power TMR magnetic switch sensor integrating Tunnel Magnetoresistance (TMR) and CMOS technologies. It offers high precision, high speed, and high sensitivity, making it suitable for industrial and consumer electronics requiring magnetic switch detection. This omnipolar magnetic field detection switch provides full-polar magnetic response with extremely low current consumption. It detects magnetic fields parallel to the chip surface, switching to a low output when the magnetic field strength exceeds the operating point (BOP) and to a high output when it falls below the release point (BRP). The series features a wide operating voltage range (1.8V to 5.5V) and operating temperature range (-40 to 125), available in SOT-23-3L and TO-92S packages. Typical applications include water meters, gas meters, flow meters, non-contact detection, electronic locks, valve position detection, laptop and tablet switch detection, and TWS earphones/mobile phones.
