Product Description

The Si7023 Humidity and Temperature Sensor is a monolithic CMOS IC designed for accurate measurement of humidity and temperature. It integrates sensor elements, an analog-to-digital converter, signal processing, and calibration data, providing a PWM output that can be filtered to an analog voltage. Utilizing patented low-K polymeric dielectrics, it offers low power consumption, minimal drift and hysteresis, and excellent long-term stability. The sensors are factory-calibrated and fully interchangeable. Available in a 3x3 mm DFN package, it serves as a drop-in upgrade for existing RH/temperature sensors, offering enhanced precision and lower power usage. An optional factory-installed cover provides protection against liquids and particulates. The Si7023 is an accurate, low-power, factory-calibrated digital solution suitable for measuring humidity, dew-point, and temperature across various applications including HVAC/R, asset tracking, industrial, and consumer platforms.
