Si7034-A10 Digital I2C Humidity and Temperature Sensor

The Si7034 I2C Humidity and Temperature Sensor is a monolithic CMOS IC that integrates humidity and temperature sensor elements, an analog-to-digital converter, signal processing, and calibration data with an I2C interface. Utilizing patented low-K polymeric dielectrics for humidity sensing, it offers low power consumption, minimal drift and hysteresis, and excellent long-term stability. The sensor is factory-calibrated, with data stored in on-chip non-volatile memory, ensuring interchangeability without calibration adjustments. Available in a 2x2 mm DFN package, it is reflow solderable and serves as a drop-in upgrade for existing RH/temperature sensors in 2x2 mm QFN-6 packages. This sensor provides an accurate, low-power, factory-calibrated digital solution for measuring humidity, dew point, and temperature, suitable for a wide range of applications including HVAC/R, asset tracking, industrial, and consumer platforms.
