Product Overview
The Si7007 Humidity and Temperature Sensor is a monolithic CMOS IC designed for accurate measurement of humidity, dew-point, and temperature. It integrates humidity and temperature sensor elements, an analog-to-digital converter, signal processing, and calibration data. The device features a PWM output that can be filtered to an analog voltage. Its patented use of low-K polymeric dielectrics ensures low drift, hysteresis, and excellent long-term stability. Factory-calibrated and fully interchangeable, the Si7007 is available in a 3x3 mm DFN package, offering a drop-in upgrade for existing RH/temperature sensors with improved precision and lower power consumption. An optional factory-installed cover provides protection against liquids and particulates. Ideal for applications ranging from HVAC/R and asset tracking to industrial and consumer platforms.
