Communication Format
When the probe is in detection status, it outputs an ASCII fixed-length string of 29 bytes. The format is: +xxx.xx nn.n pppp.pp SS HH<CR><LF>
+xxx.xx: Concentration, unit %VOL, range +000.00+999.99nn.n: Temperature, unit , range -99.9+99.9pppp.pp: Gas pressure, unit mbar, range 0000.009999.99SS: Product status codeHH: XOR checksum of the first 25 bytes, output as 2 characters<CR><LF>: Carriage Return and Line Feed
Communication Protocol Settings
- Baud Rate: 115200
- Data Bits: 8
- Stop Bit: 1
- Parity Bit: None
Status Code Explanation
The status code (23rd and 24th bytes) indicates the probe's working status. Converting the ASCII status code to BCD format, where the 23rd byte forms the high 4 bits and the 24th byte forms the low 4 bits, results in an 8-bit flag. Each bit represents a specific fault.
00: Product working normally.02: Absorption peak deviation.44: Temperature control abnormal, and light intensity too high.7A: Temperature control abnormal, temperature/pressure sensor communication abnormal, product not calibrated, light intensity too low, absorption peak deviation.
