Product Overview
The SL1254-3 is a micro-power, high-sensitivity South-pole Hall effect switch sensor. It integrates a Hall element, voltage regulator, signal amplifier, dynamic offset cancellation, and a CMOS output stage. Utilizing advanced Bi-CMOS technology and an optimized circuit structure, the SL1254-3 achieves very low input error feedback. Its dynamic offset cancellation technology effectively eliminates offset voltage caused by packaging stress, thermal stress, and temperature gradients, enhancing device consistency. Packaged in a miniature SOT-23 surface-mount package, it operates within a wide temperature range of -40C to 130C. This sensor is designed for applications requiring precise magnetic field detection with minimal power consumption, such as brushless DC motors, instrumentation, PDAs, and laptop computers.
