Si7020-A20 I2C Humidity and Temperature Sensor

The Si7020 I2C Humidity and Temperature Sensor is a monolithic CMOS IC designed for accurate and low-power measurement of humidity, dew-point, and temperature. It integrates humidity and temperature sensor elements, an analog-to-digital converter, signal processing, and calibration data, all accessible via an I2C interface. The sensor utilizes patented technology with low-K polymeric dielectrics for humidity sensing, ensuring low drift, hysteresis, and excellent long-term stability. Factory-calibrated and stored in on-chip non-volatile memory, the sensors are fully interchangeable without recalibration. Available in a 3x3 mm DFN package, it's a drop-in upgrade for existing sensors, offering precision over a wider range and lower power consumption. An optional factory-installed cover provides protection during assembly and product life. Ideal for applications including HVAC/R, thermostats, respiratory therapy, white goods, indoor weather stations, micro-environments, automotive climate control, asset tracking, and mobile devices.
