The RSF20 Series Low Level Switch is engineered to overcome the challenges of limescale buildup common in conventional float switches. This series is specifically designed for applications requiring low-level monitoring in systems where the liquid is typically maintained at a high level, or where a broader differential between opening and closing levels is needed. Its extended drop float actuator positions the switch housing and float pivots above the liquid surface, ensuring reliable operation even with scale accumulation on the float chamber due to its excess buoyancy. Typical applications include wall kettles and hot vending machines. The switch is configured to close when the liquid level is low (float down) and opens as the liquid level rises. Versions are available with flying leads or an M12 circular connector, with optional plug and cable assemblies for M12 connection variants.
