Product Overview

The Si7023 Humidity and Temperature Sensor is a monolithic CMOS IC designed for accurate measurement of humidity and temperature. It integrates sensor elements, an analog-to-digital converter, signal processing, and calibration data, outputting a PWM signal that can be filtered to an analog voltage. Utilizing patented low-K polymeric dielectrics, it offers low power consumption, low drift, minimal hysteresis, and excellent long-term stability. Factory-calibrated and stored in on-chip non-volatile memory, the sensors are fully interchangeable. Available in a 3x3 mm DFN package, it serves as a drop-in upgrade for existing sensors, providing precision sensing over a wider range with lower power. An optional factory-installed cover protects the sensor from liquids and particulates. Ideal for applications requiring accurate humidity, dew-point, and temperature measurement.
