The SC4643 is a high-precision, high-bandwidth, programmable linear Hall sensor designed for demanding applications. It integrates magnetic field sensing, a low-noise amplifier, output stage, temperature sensing, and EEPROM control. The sensor converts magnetic field strength into a voltage output, making it ideal for current detection. Key features include AEC-Q100 certification, a wide sensitivity range (0.6-14 mV/Gs), programmable zero and sensitivity temperature coefficients, a low response time of 3.7s, and a bandwidth of 120 kHz. It operates within a wide voltage range (4.5-5.5V) and temperature range (-40-150C), with built-in protection features. Available in TO92U and TO94 lead-free, halogen-free packages, the SC4643 is suitable for automotive electronics and other harsh environments.
