Key Features

  • High Sensitivity
  • Fast Response and Recovery
  • Strong Anti-interference Capability
  • Stable Performance and Long Service Life

Typical Applications

  • Household and Commercial/Industrial Gas Detection Solutions
  • Portable Gas Detection Solutions
  • Leak Detection for Gas Facilities

Usage Precautions

  • Do not apply high voltage, as it can damage the sensor or alter its performance.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to volatile silicone compounds (e.g., hairspray, silicone sealants, putty) which can coat the sensitive material and cause failure.
  • Prevent contact with water or liquids, which can cause sensitive material detachment and performance changes or failure.
  • Avoid use in highly corrosive environments (e.g., containing hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, strong alkalis, or alkali metal salts) as it can degrade the sensitive material and corrode electrodes.
  • Avoid use in extreme environments (high concentration gas, high humidity, high temperature, high pollution) for extended periods, as it can alter sensor performance.
  • Avoid strong vibration and impact (e.g., during transport or from drops) which can cause electrode breakage or damage.
  • For soldering, manual soldering is preferred with a temperature 250C and duration < 3 seconds. For machine soldering (e.g., wave soldering), use flux with low chlorine content, a speed of 1-2 m/min, temperature of 25010C, and a single pass. If possible, apply a film to the sensor cap to prevent strong odors from affecting performance.
