Product Overview

The SC410X is a low-power linear Hall effect sensor from Semiment, offering a proportional response to magnetic flux density. It features a quiescent output voltage of 50%*VCC and a configurable ultra-low power sleep mode, making it ideal for battery-powered applications. With a fast power-on time of less than 10s and a high detection bandwidth of 100kHz, it is designed for low-power position sensing applications. The SC410X series supports a wide supply voltage range (2.5V to 5.5V) and an operating temperature range of -40 to 105. It is available in three package types: DFN1616, SOT23, and SOT23-3L. Typical applications include motor control, keyboard applications, position detection, and gaming controllers.
