The ZMOD4510 Gas Sensor Platform is a 12-pin LGA module designed for detecting air quality, specifically targeting nitrogen dioxide (NO2) and ozone (O3) in indoor and outdoor applications. It integrates a gas sense element with a CMOS signal conditioning IC, utilizing a metal-oxide (MOx) chemiresistor and a heater element. The module offers flexible operation modes, including non-selective measurement of NO2 and O3, and selective ozone measurement in an ultra-low power (ULP) mode. It supports various algorithms, including AI-based ones, to determine the Air Quality Index (AQI) output. The ZMOD4510 is ideal for monitoring outdoor air quality, personal air quality monitors, and smart city instrumentation, offering ultra-low operating current consumption for battery-powered applications.
