The QMA6100P is a three-axis accelerometer designed for mobile and wearable smart devices. This surface-mount chip integrates an acceleration transducer with signal conditioning ASIC, capable of sensing tilt, motion, shock, and vibration. Leveraging state-of-the-art, high-resolution single crystal silicon MEMS technology and a custom-designed 14-bit ADC ASIC, it offers low noise, high accuracy, low power consumption, and offset trimming. The device supports digital I2C and SPI interfaces and is housed in a compact 2x2x0.95 mm3 12-pin land grid array (LGA) package.
