Product Overview
The ZMOD4410 Gas Sensor Module is designed for easy implementation to detect total volatile organic compounds (TVOC), estimate CO2, and monitor indoor air quality (IAQ). It operates reliably in various conditions, including humid and dusty environments with potential for water exposure. The module features a gas sense element and a CMOS signal conditioning IC, with measurement results accessible via an I2C interface. Its firmware-configurable platform utilizes machine learning algorithms and embedded AI with Renesas pre-trained models to determine TVOC concentration, IAQ rating (UBA), and estimated carbon dioxide (eCO2) levels. Alternate algorithms can output absolute TVOC for Public Building Air Quality (PBAQ) standards or relative IAQ ratings. With ultra-low power consumption, it is suitable for battery-powered applications.
