Reflective Object Sensor OPB700Z, OPB700ALZ, OPB701Z, OPB701ALZ
The OPB700 and OPB700ALZ sensors integrate an infrared emitting diode and an NPN silicon phototransistor. The OPB701 and OPB701ALZ sensors feature an infrared emitting diode and an NPN silicon photodarlington. Both types are housed in a black plastic enclosure with converging optical axes. These sensors are designed for non-contact reflective object detection and are suitable for applications such as assembly line automation, machine automation, machine safety, end of travel sensing, and door sensing. Key features include a low profile for stacking, cost-effective plastic housing, and a choice between phototransistor or photodarlington output. The interconnect wires are UL approved #26 AWG with Teflon insulation, available in 4" (101 mm) or 18" (457 mm) lengths. Custom electrical configurations, wire lengths, cabling, and connectors are available upon request.
