Product Overview
The OPB606 and OPB607 are non-contact reflective object sensors featuring an infrared Light Emitting Diode (LED) and either an NPN silicon phototransistor (OPB606) or an NPN silicon photodarlington (OPB607). Both models are housed in a black opaque plastic and encapsulated in a filtering epoxy to minimize ambient light noise. They are designed to detect reflective objects passing within their field of view, making them suitable for applications such as assembly line automation, machine automation, machine safety, end of travel sensing, and door sensing. Custom electrical configurations are available.
