Product Overview
The TT electronics Photologic Hermetic Sensors (OPL800, OPL800-OC, OPL801, OPL801-OC, OPL810, OPL811, OPL811-OC, OPL813-OC, OPL820, OPL820-OC) are monolithic integrated circuits designed for sensing applications. These sensors combine a photodiode, linear amplifier, and Schmitt trigger on a single chip, with some models including a voltage regulator. They are hermetically sealed in a lensed TO-18 metal can package, offering TTL/LSTTL compatible logic-level outputs capable of driving multiple TTL loads. The Schmitt trigger provides high immunity to noise. These sensors are mechanically and spectrally matched to various OPTEK LEDs, making them suitable for non-contact object sensing, automation, and safety applications.
