Product Overview
The FHTC3 is a miniature, ultra-low power temperature and humidity sensor IC designed for consumer electronics applications. It integrates a complete sensing system on a single chip, including capacitive humidity sensing, PN junction temperature measurement, a 16-bit ADC, digital signal processing, calibration data storage, and an I2C digital communication interface. Its compact DFN6 package (2x2x0.75mm) makes it ideal for space-constrained designs. The FHTC3 offers wide supply voltage (1.6V-5.5V) and measurement ranges, factory calibration, and reflow solderability, making it suitable for applications like cold chain transportation, smart homes, smart agriculture, and communication equipment.
