AAT00x Ultralow Power TMR Angle Sensors

Product Overview
The AAT00x Angle Sensors from NVE Corporation utilize advanced Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) technology to deliver sub-microwatt power consumption and a high output signal without amplification. These sensors are immune to airgap variations and operate with magnetic fields as low as 30 Oersted, providing sine and cosine outputs that define the angle of rotation. Designed for reliability and efficiency, they operate across a wide temperature range (40C to +125C) and are available in ultraminiature TDFN6 packages. Ideal for battery-powered applications, knob position sensing, rotary encoders, automotive rotary position sensing, and motor shaft position sensing, the AAT00x sensors offer precise absolute position detection and maintain position information even when power is removed.
