ArrayC Series Silicon Photomultiplier (SiPM) 4-Side Scaleable Arrays
ON Semiconductor's ArrayC Series offers compact and scalable Silicon Photomultiplier (SiPM) sensor arrays in SMT (surface mount technology) format. These arrays are designed with minimal dead space, mounting SiPM sensors onto PCB boards. The ArrayC products are available in various formats and pixel sizes, detailed in the Ordering Information table. Each ArrayC features multi-way connectors or a BGA (ball grid array) for access to fast output* and standard I/O from individual pixels, as well as common I/O from summed substrates. Connectorized ArrayCs can interface with user readout systems or ON Semiconductor's Breakout Boards (BOBs) for simplified access and performance evaluation. BGA ArrayCs can be reflow soldered to user readout boards or purchased pre-mounted on Evaluation Boards (EVBs) for testing; BGA ArrayCs on EVBs are not removable.
